Yugank is a senior associate in the Firm’s Disputes
team in Delhi and is proficient in handling the entire spectrum of commercial
disputes and insolvency cases.
He has been representing Indian, foreign and
multinational clients in their corporate and commercial disputes before various
fora, including High Courts, district courts, and tribunals across the country
as well as the Supreme Court of India. A significant part of his practice has
been advising and representing clients on issues such as disputes in relation
to shareholders, insolvency, winding up, debt recovery, trademark and
copyright, tortious claims, white collar crimes and employment disputes and
investigations.
Yugank also regularly advises and represents clients
across the insolvency ecosystem including resolution professionals, creditors
and resolution applicants before various National Company Law Tribunals and the
Appellate Tribunal.
