    Srinivas is one of the founding partners of INDUSLAW. He represents entrepreneurs, businesses and investment funds on corporate governance issues, fund raising, partnerships, joint ventures, collaborations, acquisitions, investments and exits. 

    Srinivas also heads the Hyderabad office of the Firm, which was awarded the Best Law Firm of Hyderabad by IFLR (International Financial Law Review) for three consecutive years.

    He is listed in Band 1 in Corporate/M&A and Band 2 in Private Equity by Chambers & Partners in its Asia guides and he has been mentioned as one of the leading lawyers of India for Corporate/M&A by Asialaw Profiles for several years.

    Srinivas is a member of the board of several companies and is also a trustee and advisor to charitable foundations and projects. He speaks regularly at conferences.
