cross-border transactions.
In particular, Shivani has experience advising
clients across various sectors, including banking, financial services,
aviation, e-commerce, technology, real estate, and healthcare. She has represented
lenders and borrowers in connection with corporate and financing transactions,
and has also advised clients on restructuring and bankruptcy matters. She has
also been involved in transactions concerning leasing and financing of aircrafts.
Shivani is a member of the New York State Bar
and was working in New York City prior to joining INDUSLAW.
In her spare time, Shivani enjoys playing
tennis, golf, piano, and traveling.
