Saurav
is a partner with INDUSLAW with over 16 years of experience and specializes in
mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, private equity investment, joint
ventures and corporate governance.
Saurav
has advised multinationals, funds, Indian public and private companies, trusts,
non-banking financial companies, consulting firms and regulatory bodies on
domestic and cross-border transactions, regulatory advisory, structuring
inbound and out bound investments, contractual arrangements and corporate
governance issues.
Saurav
is involved in a number of transactions which include acquisition of
stressed assets. He has extensively advised on matters related to the
Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Code) including advisory related to
pre-insolvency initiation and has authored a number of published articles on
matters evolving under the Code.
His
work spans across several practice areas and sectors including
telecommunications, media and technology, education, real estate,
pharmaceuticals and the consumer internet.
Saurav
has represented clients across multiple jurisdictions including Japan, the USA,
the UK, France, the Middle East, Australia, China, Singapore and Korea.
Prior to joining INDUSLAW Saurav was a
partner with Shardul Amarchand’s Delhi & Gurgaon office.
