    Sanjana, advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including investors, purchasers, sellers and companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions and general corporate matters.

    In particular Sanjana has experience in assisting clients with drafting and negotiating transaction related documentation, including share subscription agreements, shareholder’s agreements and share purchase agreements; and general corporate agreements, including service agreements, supply and purchase agreements.

    In her spare time, Sanjana enjoys painting and dancing to Bollywood tunes.
