Rohit is a partner with the Firm’s general
corporate practice group and is based out of New Delhi.
Rohit advises clients across a wide range of
corporate and commercial transactions, with a particular focus on domestic and
cross-border M&A. His principal areas and sectors of focus are insurance,
healthcare, financial services, and education.
Rohit was listed as a ‘Next Generation
Lawyer’ for Insurance by Legal 500 (2018) and was recommended by clients under
‘Corporate Law’ in RSG’s 2017 report.
In his spare time, Rohit enjoys spending time
with his daughter, collecting eBooks, honing his amateur cooking skills, and
listening (nostalgically) to rock and roll.
