Ritunjay
is a dual-qualified disputes attorney specialising in ad-hoc and
institutional arbitration (both domestic and foreign), and civil and corporate
commercial litigation.
He
has advised clients operating across sectors such as health and hospitality,
automobiles, construction and engineering, securities, fashion, food and
beverage, information technology, and banking and finance. He has acted for and
represented several domestic and foreign corporations, private and public
sector banks and financial institutions, investment intermediaries, start-ups,
HNIs in proceedings before various judicial and quasi-judicial fora
including the National Company Law Tribunals, Appellate Tribunal, High Courts
and the Supreme Court of India.
Ritunjay
advises clients on wide-ranging issues including shareholders’ disputes, construction
disputes, insolvency resolution, debt enforcement, unfair and prohibited trade
practices, contract enforcement, oppression and mismanagement claims and
corporate restructuring schemes.
He
has written on a variety of subjects including international arbitration,
cryptocurrency regulations and debt enforcement laws, and has been published by
international journals of repute including the Asian International
Arbitration Journal.
In
his spare time, he keeps himself updated with international current affairs,
reads non-fiction, plays the drums, and participates in short hiking trips and
other adventure sports activities.
