Rithika has over 5 years of experience advising clients on a range of matters across sectors in relation to complex civil and commercial disputes, and domestic and international arbitrations. Rithika has advised and assisted on matters arising and involving the law of contract, insolvency, arbitration, debt recovery, oppression and mismanagement, intellectual property rights (particularly in relation to trademarks, copyright, domain name, and trade secret disputes), employment, consumer, governmental actions amongst others.  

Rithika has experience advising governmental clients on electricity law, developers in the law of arbitration and injunctory reliefs,and other clients on property laws, personal laws, consumer disputes and has also previously worked on environmental Public Interest Litigations.  

In her spare time, Rithika enjoys music, reading, travel and trekking.
