Rashi
has experience in advising clients on a range of matters across sectors,
including e-commerce, technology, healthcare, fintech, education, in relation
to venture capital investments, mergers, and acquisitions, private equity
transactions, and general corporate and commercial advisory.
In
particular, Rashi has experience in drafting and reviewing of transaction documents,
including share subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, share
purchase agreements, employment agreements, and other commercial agreements.
In her
spare time, Rashi enjoys traveling and cooking.
