    Rajitha carries experience in advising clients on indirect tax matters across varied sectors like Healthcare, IT & ITeS, Manufacturing, E-commerce, OIDAR service providers etc.Apart from advising clients in matters pertaining to classification, credit eligibility/optimization, tax structuring etc., she has also assisted with tax due diligence and tax diagnostic review assignments. She has extensively advised businesses in GST implementation by undertaking GST impact assessment for various clients and helping in smooth migration of the businesses with respect to system processes and compliances. 

    Rajitha has advised clients in implementation of E-invoice including but not limited to analysis of various business scenarios as may be applicable for clients under varied sectors. 

    She also has significant experience in indirect tax litigation and compliance matters and has appeared before the lower authorities and tax Appellate Tribunals. 

    In particular, Rajitha has experience in advising on matters relating toGoodsand Services Tax, erstwhile Service Tax and Value Added Taxes legacy matters including issues in relation to Foreign Trade Policy. 

    In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music and is a yoga enthusiast.
