Rahul is a graduate of Hidayatuallah National Law University and has experience of advising clients on a range of matters across sectors, including entrepreneurs, private companies, listed companies, private equity and venture capital funds in relation to general corporate advisory, private equity, venture capital and mergers and acquisitions.

In particular Rahul has experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of documentation in relation to investment deals, private equity, venture capital and mergers and acquisitions, including domestic and foreign investments.

Rahul has written on a variety of subjects including corporate law, criminal law and environmental law published by Taxmann, Corporate Law Advisor, Madras Law Journal and Supreme Court Journal.

In his spare time, Rahul enjoys reading, traveling and listening to music.
