Puneet
is a 2015 graduate from National Law University, Odisha and has experience in advising
companies and merchant bankers across sectors on national and cross-border fund
raising modes (primarily public issuances and private placement transactions).
He
has advised clients on a range of matters across sectors, including the hospitality,
renewable, medical, real estate, retail and financial sectors.
Puneet
enjoys reading non-fiction and trekking. In his free time, he prefers to cycle
in the ridge areas of Delhi.
