Priyadarshini Rao is a graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur and has experience in advising clients on a range of matters across sectors, including manufacturing companies, insurance companies, banking and financial services companies, merchant bankers, retail companies, QSR companies etc, in relation to capital markets transactions, such as initial public offerings, qualified institutions placements, rights issues, offers for sale and foreign debt issuances from the perspective of Indian law, and securities law advisory in relation to compliance with insider trading regulations and SEBI ESOP regulations.

In her spare time, Priyadarshinienjoys travelling, cooking and photography.
