    Padmaja is a Partner in the Firm’s Disputes team in Delhi and is proficient in handling the entire spectrum of commercial disputes.

    She has been representing Indian,  foreign and multinational clients in their corporate and commercial disputes before various fora, including High Courts, district courts, and tribunals across the country as well as the Supreme Court of India. A significant part of her practice has been advising and representing clients on issues such as disputes with shareholders, insolvency, winding up, tortious claims, white collar crimes and employment disputes and investigations.

    Padmaja has also worked extensively in the telecom sector, advising various telecom giants in their disputes with shareholders and vendors in the telecom industry.

    She is representing clients in leading arbitrations across a variety of forums including international arbitrations under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and International Chamber of Commerce.

    Padmaja also regularly advises and represents clients across the insolvency ecosystem including the resolution professionals, creditors and resolution applicants before various National Company Law Tribunals and the Appellate Tribunal.

    Padmaja was recommended for Labour and employment and White Collar Crime by Legal500 Asia-Pacific 2022.
