    Neha has over two years of experience advising clients on general corporate advisory matters, acquisitions, private equity, foreign direct investment, company law, insurance law and SEBI guidelines.

    In particular, she has experience handling the drafting and negotiating of a variety of transaction related documentation, including share subscription agreements, share purchase agreements, shareholder’s agreements, concession agreements, articles of association and company policies in accordance with SEBI guidelines.

    In her spare time, Neha likes to watch detective series and documentaries on social and political issues.
