Mayukh is a graduate of Symbiosis Law School (Pune), Symbiosis International University, and specializes in private equity, venture capital and M&A.

He regularly advises a variety of domestic and international clients in the IT/ ITES, e-commerce, TMT, non-banking finance, education, hospitality, and F&B sectors, on fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, structuring, exits, and exchange control regulations.

In particular, he has experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of documentation relating to fund raising, acquisitions, business/ asset transfers and exits.

In his spare time, Mayukh enjoys traveling, playing badminton and cricket, and watching football.

Before joining INDUSLAW, Mayukh worked with Krishnamurthy & Co. (K Law), Bengaluru.
