Arun's practice includes diverse aspects of projects, construction and real estate including acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures in that space.

In his practice, he has been advising clients in sectors such as airports, ports, highways, urban infrastructure, renewable energy, leisure & hospitality, waste management, commercial and residential real estate development, media, information technology and education. He provides legal representation to several international and Indian companies active in the infrastructure sector as developers and contractors and has been involved in projects with the Government as well.

He also has particular experience in relation to pre-bid advisory, tender documentation and general project development documentation, including EPC contracts, O&M Contracts and Concession Agreements for PPP projects.

In the renewable energy sector, he has extensive experience in advising independent power producers on various aspects of investing, and developing wind, solar, and biomass-based power projects across the country.

In his practice in the real estate sector, Arun has worked on acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, development & construction, compliance, foreign investments, land acquisition, and local land laws on pan-India basis.
