    Divya is a graduate of Hidayatullah National Law University and specializes in private equity and mergers and acquisitions.

    She regularly advises a variety of client in the ecommerce, technology, real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, financial services, media, food and beverage and pharmaceutical sectors in relation to acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, investment advisory, foreign direct investment policy, general corporate advisory, corporate restructuring and company law.

    In particular, Divya has experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of transaction documentation, including share subscription agreements, share purchase agreements, shareholder’s agreements, framework agreements, joint venture agreements, franchise agreements, business and asset transfer agreements, employment agreements, manufacturing agreements and other commercial contracts.

    In her spare time, Divya enjoys home cooking and travelling to un-explored destinations.
