Chitvan is a graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune and specializes in Corporate & Commercial, Banking & Finance transactions.

She regularly advises a range of clients in a number of different sectors, including ecommerce, technology, housing finance, publishing, food and beverages, automotive, fashion and lifestyle and real estate in relation to general corporate advisory, investment advisory, acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, foreign direct investment policy, corporate restructuring, debt structuring and company law.

In particular, Chitvan has experience drafting and negotiating a variety of transaction related documentation including share subscription agreements, share purchase agreements, shareholder’s agreements, business and asset transfer agreements, employment agreements, distribution agreements, debenture subscription agreements and other commercial contracts.

In her spare time, Chitvan enjoys cooking and watching movies.
