Bhargav is a graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune and has experience in advising and representing clients on a range of matters before the High Courts, National Company Law Tribunals, arbitrations and other alternate dispute resolution forums.

More particularly Bhargav has experience in handling insolvency and bankruptcy related disputes, arbitrations and other corporate & commercial disputes.

Bhargav has authored several articles and research papers on a variety of subjects including on Bilateral Investment Treaty - Arbitration, Insolvency and Bankruptcy law, etc. which are published in journals such as NALSAR International Law Journal, Indian Business Law Journal, etc. Bhargav also took part in several moot court competitions as a student and was bestowed with honorary mentions including at Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot, 2016 held in Hong Kong.

In his spare time, Bhargav enjoys reading, traveling and listening to music. Bhargav continues to be associated with various law schools to judge moot court competitions and mentor law students.
