sectors, including conveyancing, real estate financing, title diligence, joint
ventures, succession planning, investor protection laws, structured
transactions and related commercial laws.
He has led several high value acquisitions of
prime real estate for domestic and offshore clients across various cities in
India. He has also acted as transaction lawyer for several investors for their
investments in construction related activities.
Avikshit

approached by various national publications and news channels for his expert
views on the Real Estate Regulation Act, investor protection, redevelopment
