Apurbalal has over 15 years extensive experience in advising on corporate
law advisory and specializes
in transactions pertaining to private equity, venture capital investments, cross-border
and domestic mergers & acquisitions transactions and has advised various multinational
clients in corporate structuring aspect of the transactions. Apart from the
aforesaid, he has also been involved in various capital market transactions and
project financing transactions.
He has successfully
advised and concluded various complex and high value transactions in mergers
& acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, business
transfers,financial and strategic investments and exits and provided general
corporate advisory in multivariable sectors including infrastructure, manufacturing,
healthcare, e-commerce, information technology, education and hospitality etc.
He has provided extensive support to multinational clients in their corporate
transactions, entry and exit strategies, and other commercial arrangements in
India.
Prior to joining INDUSLAW, Apurbalal worked
with Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. (erstwhile), Fox
Mandal & Co. and Link Legal.
