    Anubha is a graduate of the University of Delhi and specializes in general corporate and commercial advisory, private equity and mergers and acquisitions.

    She regularly advises a range of clients across a variety of sectors, including ecommerce, education, technology, publishing, real estate, energy and infrastructure and renewable energy in relation to general corporate advisory, investment advisory, acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, competition law, foreign direct investment policy, corporate restructuring, debt structuring and company law.

    In particular, she has experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of documentation including share subscription agreements, share purchase agreements, shareholder’s agreements, business transfer agreements, employment agreements, debenture subscription agreements and other commercial contracts.

    In her spare time, Anubha enjoys reading fiction. She is an amateur patisserie chef who is extremely passionate about food and also fond of travelling. She likes to keep herself fit and is always looking out for forthcoming trends in fitness.
