Anjali Menon is a graduate of National Law University Jodhpur and has experience of advising issuers and underwriters on a range of matters, including corporate and securities law matters such as corporate governance.She has experience in drafting offer documents for primary market issuances, including appropriate filings with regulators, and documents/agreements, across sectors, including QSR, BFSI, technology, telecom, and manufacturing.

In her spare time, Anjali enjoys swimming, reading and cooking.
