Winnie is a graduate of Gujarat National Law University and specializes in Fund Investments, Private Equity and Venture Capital funding.
She regularly advises clients in e-commerce space, TMT, financial technology and services in relation to fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, structuring, collaborations and exits.
In particular she has experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of funding documentation, inter-se shareholder arrangements, exit documentation, acquisition documents.
In her spare time, Winnie enjoys road trips and listening to music.
Before joining INDUSLAW, Winnie was working with Wadia & Ghandy (Ahmedabad)
