Aditya
has advised issuers companies and merchant bankers on capital markets
transactions, including initial public offerings, private placements, share buyback,
as well as international debt offerings.
He
has advised on equity and debt fund-raising transactions across various sectors,
including hospitality, seafood processing, housing and finance, real estate,
and manufacturing.
In
the past, he was associated with the National Institute of Public Policy and
Finance, New Delhi as legal consultant wherein he advised the Government of
India as well as various expert committees on structural reforms in the payments
ecosystem. He served as a member of the research team to the Inter-Ministerial
Committee constituted by the Ministry of Finance on virtual currencies.
