Abhiroop is a Partner in the Firm’s capital markets team. He has over a decade of experience in capital markets transactions. He has advised issuers and global investment banks in a wide range of securities offerings, including IPOs, qualified share sales, hybrid offerings, domestic and overseas debt issuances and international listings. Recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ by IFLR1000, Abhiroop has acted on several nuanced and unique securities offerings in India and overseas in a wide range of sectors, including BFSI, media, technology and real estate.

Abhiroop has written on a variety of subjects including on securities law and disclosure issues.

Before joining INDUSLAW Abhiroop worked with most recently with L&L Partners.

In his spare time, Abhiroop enjoys reading fiction, writing poetry and exploring new places to eat.
