    Aakash is a graduate of The WB National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS) and specializes in Corporate & Commercial, Fund Investment, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Dispute Resolution and Mergers & Acquisitions. 

    He regularly advises well known e-commerce companies, private equity and venture capital Investors in relation to financing and M&A transactions.

    In particular, he has experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of investment and financing documents including Shareholders’ Agreements, Subscription Agreements, Investment Agreements and other related documents.

    In his spare time, Aakash enjoys traveling, long drives and riding.  

    Aakash writes regularly on matters relating to corporate law developments and has recently written on Related Party Arrangements under the Companies Act, 2013 [2014] 118 CLA (Mag.) 12 and has several publications on foreign policy in India
