Vaibhav is a Partner in the Delhi office of INDUSLAW and is part of the Employment Law and Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) practice groups at INDUSLAW.
Vaibhav is a graduate of the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and has several years of experience in advising clients on a range of matters across sectors, including automobile, information technology and information technology enabled services, education, financial services and retail in relation to structuring of workforce, social security, pension, benefits and compensation, contract labour analysis and various other legal aspects of hiring, retaining and dismissing employees. Additionally, Vaibhav has assisted clients with individual and largescale employee exits, establishment re-organizations and closures and all employment issues in mergers and acquisitions and large outsourcing transactions.
Vaibhav also has extensive experience in advising clients on complex matters such as internal disciplinary investigations and inquiries associated with employee misconduct, ethics violation and sexual harassment or other related matters.
Vaibhav has written on a variety of subjects in domestic and international publications, including on social security benefits published by the International Law Office.
Prior to joining INDUSLAW, Vaibhav worked with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co in their Delhi office.
