Faraz
is a partner in the Firm’s Mumbai office and has over 10 years of experience in advising on
domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments
and foreign investment laws.
Faraz
specialises in advising blue chip private equity funds and large domestic and
global conglomerates in structuring and negotiating their investments, share
acquisitions and business transfers across a range of sectors. Faraz has been
involved in various complex and strategic transactions particularly in the
health, renewable energy and manufacturing sectors.
Faraz
also regularly represents and advises companies across sectors, on regulatory concerns,
corporate governance related matters and day to day business operations, as a
part of his corporate commercial practice.

Faraz was a Partner at the Mumbai office of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.
